Available when you purchase your rug, it protects your rug investment for three full years from the date of purchase. During that time if you have a spill, or pet that stains the rug, simply bring that rug to any Kaoud showroom within 48 hours of the incident and we will Spot Clean that area FREE OF CHARGE.

While some stains permanently alter the fiber of rugs if left unattended, most will come out when attended to promptly. CAUTION!! The improper selection and use of household cleaners often sets stains. Results may vary but we will attempt to clean these affected area regardless.
