The 16^th annual Valentine’s Day Ball, a black tie event, to benefit Lea’s Foundation for Leukemia Research, Inc. was a phenomenal success … Over $200,000 was raised for research into the causes or cures for leukemia and its related cancers taking place at the University of Connecticut School of Medicine and the Connecticut Children’s Medical Center.
